As usual, you are da man Damir! Thank you sir!![]()
If you run 225/35/19 in the front and 255/30/19 in the rear you will be fine. If 255 is to wide for you you can pull it off with 245 in the rear also. Anything else besides those numbers you will run into trouble.
damn that's nice. baller status.![]()

can't say i'm diggin' those -- i'd stick with your OEM bi-xenon HIDs because anything else just will not have anywhere near the same light output, nor will it be a quality unit unless its from hella.
these aftermarket headlamps will not allow for your current bi-xenon setup (which is excellent), you'd hafta completely rework your existing wiring harness.

Yeah, personally I love everything about those lights and actually everything about the front end of that car. Maybe you should get that bumper next.

I'm still not a huge fan though. The quality will be extremely sub-par.

Just one question John, I noticed one of the big reasons why the one light is letting in moisture is because there is a plastic tab broken off and letting in a slight amount of air...do I need to order new back housings or can you seal that up with something too? I'm not too concerned if it'll look a little ghetto...![]()
Those lights and front bumper are win-tastic!

if your going to do anything with the body of your Passat Jeremy, i'd vortex it, thats the only way to go. anything else just makes it look like a hong-kong flebay special -- and a lot of those kits are fiberglass![]()
if your having issues with your current headlights, you can buy just the original hella housing brand new for about $200 a side.
personally, i'd like to see your car look like this

Yeah, I know that car. The guy that owns it is 'Flippped' on PassatWorld. I'm not a fan of those wheels even though they're BBS. That's the thing with BBS, they're either gorgeous or ugly.
If I did Votex I'm thinking more and more about just doing the front bumper. It looks odd at first but it's starting to grow on me. There's a few guys that just have the front bumper. 'Bigray' comes to mind. I love his car. He just has the front Votex.

I love that Votex bumper. Looks smillar to the S4with obvious differances. And id do the LED head lights as well! Puuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr SEX.

If I was ever to get an aftermarket body part it would only be a front valance. There is nothing wrong with just getting a front clip. It still looks good. Many time's, in my opinion at least, the rear bumper and side skirts that are designed to compliment a front clip are just plan ugly. That vortex clip looks great all on it's own. The only thing I would suggest is, don't be one of those guys who drives around with it unpainted for 2 years. I just don't understand that.
I also love the headlights, but your stock ones are nice as well. Tough decision.
As far as staggered wheels... You know you want to, just do it.

As for the rear valance I personally would keep it stock and paint it. Side skirts I would keep pretty simple if any at all.

Well sometimes it just looks weird b/c the front valance sits a bit lower than the rest of the lower stock mouldings on the car. But since I have a black car, and that look is starting to grow on me, I don't think that will bother me anymore.
Maybe if I had a Honda...![]()
Hmm...for that I can get the pair of Audi LED's...I don't know. Tough decision.

OH!!!! So that thing is like a 1/2 bumper skin. There is a 3/4 skin for mk4's that people put on but some mold it.
That skin must be a little deeper than stock then? How would it look with the lower 3 openings filled? I guess on a black car it wouldn't be as noticeable as silver...

Alright, so I decided to go with a set of Fat Fives. Here's why:
(a) the finish of the 5's compliment the trim of my car really well (and I might mirror polish them down the road).
(b) I'm going with the OEM+ look theme, so these are perfect for what I'm looking for.
(c) The other theme of my car is going for a discrete/sleeper look as well. OEM+ is just going to help this point.
(d) I've always loved Fat 5's and this will take care of my fetish.
(e) Fat 5's aren't "flashy," which I guess could go back to my OEM+ argument.
(f) Probably ride smoother and get slightly better mpg's as opposed to 18" or even 19"
I found a great deal on a set through PassatWorld. The guy that's selling them is out of the Twin Cities, so we'd be meeting half-way somewhere. Where else can you get a set of Fat 5's for $500?
I know you guys have seen this p-shop before, but just to illustrate what this will look like:

As much as I love Fat 5s, I really think those S4 (reps?) looked baller on your car. But to each his own! It will look good either way.
