Nice find! I think the A8 is the successor to the V8 Quattro IIRC. I'd love to own an A8 like Kevin's someday.

The v8 quattro was way ahead of its time I'm pretty sure it has the quattro 4 system which was not used again until the c5 a6. I may be wrong but thats what I've been told and imo its a great looking car. I want to buy Kevin's v8 quattro but pretty sure he's keeping it until it dies if it dies.

Pretty sure it's not gonna die. I had to borrow it one time when my car was fubar'd (thanks again Kevin) and it is a great car. Last time I drove it, the weather was fairly shitty (winter), and that thing with locking diffs and snow tires is an absolute tank.

i've always loved those cars. back in the '80s, it was also used in the james bond film, the living daylights.
it was a 200 quattro i believe (same body) with some sweet BBS wheels -- this is the very car that timothy dalton used in the film, housed at audi's tradition museum.

Nice car for sure although the 200 and the v8 quattro are actually a lot different besides the styling.

Yup that car is a blast and incredibly nice too.
Dan and I were cruising in it one night when he was detailing my Saab. It was a great car and I definitely loved driving it! Thanks again Kevin. ;)
