It's a 98 Ginster Yellow GTI w a 2.slow and a 5 speed. Maybe I'll get around to actually doin some mods here pretty soon. Thinkn taxes will probably get me a new set of wheels. I have some big plans but I'll have to buy another car to drive while the works being done.

Yeah not dents but a bit of a rusty hatch. Prolly swap it out with a carbon fiber and re_spray the whole car.

It has a some shitty rust on the bottom left of the hatch and right around the hinge of the hatch on the left side. Other than that it's really clean. Minor dings and what not but the overall is good. Need a new black right ide door card but thats about it.
The wiper is "still" on for now. I had some icefall off the roof the other day and break the frickin fluid nozzle off. Now it just sprays a 8ft stream straight out the back side of the car. Great for cleaning the car behind mes window.

Yeah it's the one Sarge used to have. Only 106,000 mile. Run like a freakin top. Needs brake work but thats the life of owning a MK3.
Yeah the Beetles at home collecting dust awating a buyer.

Well my brake master cylinder crapped out. Replaced it. Now the freakin left rear caliper is goin to shit. Effin brake problems all around. I dug around on ECS and found that they sell a kit that swaps the junky cast MK3 caliper that fail regularly with MK4 Aluminum calipers. Thats the route I'm gonna go as soon as all the $' put together. Shits back ordered anyays. No hurry.
Worst case is that I have some new wheels for Eurowerks and fuck everything else.

My seats are pretty great but I dot think theyre special. It does have yellow color matched stitching and the seats look like they have yellow flags on them. Your right Lenny. The shifter is always cold.
Ive got a guy that does interior work and Im thinkin about pricing some different stuff out. Engine mods are my main concern though. I need more power. Thinkin a motor swap might be in store.:word:

are these the phone dial styled ones?
and do the calipers bolt right up or what mods need to be done.

They're the fat 5 spoke ones. Look up Porsche Fuchs wheels on Ebay if you want a visual.
The calipers are the same ones you'd get in a Brembo big brake kit but I'm not 100% sure what all I'm gonna need. New disc's and lines for sure and I'm gonna have them rebuilt to ensure quality.

So today I ordered new discs and pads for all 4 corners, new brake lines for the MKIV rear calipers I'm going to use in place of the junk MKIII calipers, new bearing set for both rear sides, and TIRES for the FUCHS.
I'm pretty excited and will be more so when I get the wheels on and the hood/grill from Andy painted and on. Making progress is good!
