Killer shots everyone! I'm spotting a lot of Dubs I've never seen posted on PKG before. BTW, whose black Jetta is that at the end with the roof racks?

I wish I could have been there as it looks like you guys had a blast. We'll definitely have to get something together like this again (when it's warmer out) ;)

Welcome to PKG, Steve. So did you just recently move over to the Quad Cities area? I know a couple months ago I saw your car rolling down Merle Hay Road with the bike rack on and a bike on top. I was wondering how you ended up all the way over at the GTG this weekend if you were still in Des Moines.

I'll have some good vids in a few days. I have to get Imovie loaded back on my mac. I lost it in the upgrade to Tiger. I have to get Aka.Beave's camera too. He got some pretty good shots. The guy in the bug was named Shane. It was his girlfriends as his 97 GTI is in the shop getting painted. I just talked to him a little bit ago on aim. :) I don't know if he has a username on here or not. I would assume so since he got my aim somehow.

IADUBBER, you had the other MKIV Jetta at the GTG right? I was wondering what kind off suspension you are running because I'm not low enough, and your rear sits perfectly on 18s. I don't remember the front but is the wheel well gap even in the front and rear? Props on a clean looking Jetta, the fat fives flow perfectly with everything else!

Yeah it's mine. The TT's are 17s and I'm running the Apex Big Drop cup-kit. I don't know if it's even sold anymore. Supposed to be a 2.4" drop all the way around. Thanks for the kind words on the Jetta. I may just end up keeping it if I can get my payment down some and sell the MKIII I just bought.

I think my plan with Tim, Beave, is to get the GTI all painted up nice and try to score a profit on that and kick that towards my loan on the Jetta and try to refinance it so the payment is lower.
