anyone have a good place to download torrents? and a nice app to run them?

ive been looking for some episodes of this one show and i think it might be easiest to do them through torrents..

any advice appreciated(i dont know much about this crazy stuff even tho i used them a while back to download the need for speed soundtrack and since lost my programs)

For TV Shows I use tvrss.net and then I also use tvtad.net as an application that looks at the rss feeds so it will download the new episodes for me.
