I've been in Dubuque for almost a year now, and I've seen some of the other dubuque members around here and there, so i thought i would introduce myself. I drive a indigo blue gti with long beaches, completely stock. :td: But that's going to change here in a few weeks, planning on exhaust and giac x+ program. I'm originally from Waterloo, so any members from there probably are familiar with Lichty Auto, that's my dad. Best VW mechanic this side of the Mississippi! Who btw is also the newest giac dealer, and the only one in Iowa! So hit him up and tell him I sent you! Pics coming soon. :beerglass:

Welcome to PKG! Sounds like you're part of quite the VW family. I'm sure you'll get along with everyone here quite well. Perhaps we can have a future GTG up at your dad's shop?

Welcome to PKG :) You're dad is the Lichty Auto guy? There are a few of us in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area, I had no idea he was a GIAC dealer, any chances of a PKG discount? :p In all honestly I'll be going to him to get chipped now.

Welcome dub! I don't know if I have seen you around either. I drive a platinum gray jetta with TT wheels. I'll have to keep a lookout for you. We need to all get together one of these days. :tu:

Wow! One of Kevin's kids.

Kevin has worked on all of my VW's since my '81 Rabbit. Someday I plan on escaping Waterloo back to the town where I don't have to spell "Loras".

Enjoy the "Better" town on "20".

I think i pulled up next to you on Hwy 20 when winter first started. U were rockin some steelies. Might have thrown up the shocker at me, couldn't really tell with your tint. Yeah, we'll have to get together for sure when the weather gets nicer for some pics down by the river, at least for some beers and some dub talk. :beerglass:

Welcome! I think I've seen your car around, I remember seeing a blue GTi downtown at the new HyVee one day a few months back. I only remember you because you have long beaches though. I drive a reflex silver GLS on LB's also.

We definitely need to all get together once it finally warms up for good. Should do something in the 2nd or 3rd week of May. Who's up for it?
