Since I know that most of you obviously have no idea what a stock MKIV Jetta looks like, I just wanted to refresh your memory. And nevermind the Taurus in the background, it sucks. :eek:

My mods. B+G sport springs (1.6" all around. It's lower than it looks in the pics, I swear!! :finger: ), 42DD clear bumper lights, with yellow LED's, New South ColumnPod with a 25 psi VDO boost gauge, 42DD perfectmatch LED for the gauge.

Be gentle ladies. I'm very delicate.

Slick looking car. I love the Long Beach wheels. I understand what you're saying about the springs. It probably looks off since you're parked on an incline.

Yeah, the incline did throw it off badly, but I liked the spot, and that's just where I happened to be. Kind of an improv shoot, if you will. I was just pissed that I didn't bring my camera, but the phone takes halfway decent pics, so I just let it ride. I'm a pretty big fan of the LB's myself. :D

Plans? I dunno. One of these days, I'll do the basic performance upgrades. I didn't even chip it yet, so I've got a whole world of modding in front of me. I just thought I'd enjoy it at stock power for a while, but I'm getting pretty bored with that. Once it's chipped, I will focus on the aesthetic mods a little more.

I really want to keep the car OEM plus. I like subtle things. People that know about these cars, will be able to realize what's done. People that don't, won't see anything other than a basically stock VW. That's really the direction I'm going with it.

Again guys, thanks for the compliments, and I should be around much more in the future, so now you're stuck with me. :)

IT IS THE VERY FAST AND POWERFUL 2.0 NON TURBO:D
IV'E HAD AOT OF SWAP IT FOR A VR6 OR 1.8T BUT I THINK I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT WE CAN DO WITH THIS MOTOR. IWAS ALWAYS A MUCSLE CAR GUY BEFORE SO I STILL LIVE WITH "NO REPLACEMENT FOR DISPLACEMENT"
I THINK THAT THE 2.0 HAS A BAD RAP. :D
