Because you've already seen the above images, you've already seen one of single most disgusting foodstuffs known to man. In fact, I'm pretty sure four of you will faint and another dozen or so will quit PKG over this, move to Asia and join a sect of monks.
Oh, and remember... Chicken in a Can is "homestyle goodness". However, I'd wager to say if this is the kind of homestyle food you ate growing up your parents probably beat you and due to legal reasons you're not allowed to be alone in a room with Uncle Lenny.
