Being replaced with ones from AWE soon.

First three orders I placed with them they failed to send a package invoice OR email it (they do this sometimes as an attachment you can print out).

Fourth order from them was my timing belt kit. The accessory belts are power steering, a/c, alternator. They sent me all power steering belts, two for the AEB and one for the AWM I believe. I called them up, the first guy I talked to doubted me (I must be wrong, right?). Second guy says ship it back and they'll refund shipping and send a new one out. It took them 2 weeks to refund me?

This is small potatoes to some of their complaints.. I wish I could find this site again, it was through AudiWorld showing the rating for these companies, ECS rates extremely low.

yeah I've heard a lot of horror stories from ECS as well.

I've never dealt with them.

I have a Creative Autowerks plate frame if your interested, Stefan. ;)

Anything but my ECS ones will work :p They just lost someone who pays to advertise for them!
