only times they give are that in order qualify for judging you must be there and registered by 11:00 AM and the gates to register open at 8:00 AM, other then that I don't know, but I'm sure you can leave early if you have to.

I think I'm gunna wake up and wash the car before I head over, so i'll probably get there around 9, 9:30, ten at the latest.
