If it were my car, 4 then lamin-x the headlights and replace the amber corner markers with black ones.

I should add the corners are clear, that's an old picture.

Well, its not the exact same, but I found a UG MKV R32 that had the grille painted flat black, looks pretty good... Although I still think #1 might be the best, or the one Jeremy found.

This is what I like for some reason. I like having the vw still chrome.

may i make a recommendation?

how about the Passat 'Individual' dunkel chrome face?

its black chrome, very dark but still has just a little shine. it'd give it that oem + look -- the window trim and skirts are also avalible -- it'd look perfect on your color.

or, if your feeling ambitious....go for the R36 front fascia or R-GT/Hi-def. the R-GT front bumper already has that center black face that your already looking for and is much more aggressive looking.

:D

Options I looked at problem being very expensive. ~700 up to ~2500. Problem with them is you can't just do one part which drives the cost way up (maybe its just me I can't do one piece and leave the rest, looks off) For example. Doing that grill sure pay 735 but the rest of the chrome is off so then you need to pay ~2000 for the rest of the chrome pieces.

I do want to do r line pieces which is why I can't decide :D

a cheaper way to get around that if you like the .:R packages, is the R-Line kit, which adds some tastey lip spoilers to the front.

front spoiler is only about $200 :tu:

but i'd still save the $$ and go for the full beans with the R-GT kit.

That's the plan. Mainly because i want to color match the lowers and people have been having issues getting them matched since you have to sand/prep them (body shops seem to be more lazy). So get the parts already primed..and all they need to do is paint :D
