I think most know one of the "fleet" is a 2004 A4 that I bought used. It has the red rear tail light lenses with the white lense area for the turn signals. It came to me with clear bulbs installed for the turn signals which makes a "white" colored turn indicator when you follow me.
Over the past year I've gotten the bronx wave a couple of times when I've slowed to turn right or left and I have the signals on.....bright days. Essentially I assumed they either didn't see the signal or we just a$$holes that were mad they had to hit the brakes.
My question is, aren't turn signals required to be "Amber/yellow" and is it possible the previous owner just bought clear replacements rather than amber?
My A4 looks a lot like "Lenny's" old S4.
I've signalled and turned in front of squad cars and never been ticketed....
