But for real, you may need a different hood latch or something, but yes, you will still be able to open your hood.

i guess it all depends on how deep the boser is, but you should still be able to open the hood up fine.

what's a boser?

A hood extension that comes down over the grill/headlights more than a stock hood.

yes you can still open the hood without any lever modification. the only downfall of bosers is that they scratch your headlights a lot of the time. i dont have one, but ive researched them, i was going to do one. but everyone has them now. but for the answer, no modification is neccesary, just have to reach up for it if it is deep enough to cover the latch

Trust me i do bodywork..
The answer is NO. You can never open your hood again. Once the boser mod is done, so is all your engine work.. you have to drop the motor out of the bottom to work on it. thats it. thats all i have to say.. J/k.. good question, never thought of it

the real question is why wouldn't you be able to open it? Alot of sleepy bosers don't go down that far. I can see having a slight problem on an angry boser since it goes down a bit farther in the front. Something I'm sure a little modification to the release would fix.
