So I ordered my springs back in January knowing they would not be shipped till February 15th. Now they are saying not until mid March....maybe. Adam did you get yours ordered? I need to figure out where to get them now since I think I am just going to cancel the order from North American Motor Sports.
talk to jeff.... he ordered mine for me. if they are going to take that long i will almost just buy something else.

They are on back order there too. I think everyone is on back order.....unless our good buddy Jeff can get a hold of them for us.

the GLI springs are available the GTI springs are not...I dont know what the difference is as I dont have the actual spring rates to compare but if the weight of one is more then the other the spring may have a different wind or alloy get me the differences in the cars.. if they are close enough we can just order GLI springs
EIbachs are available for the GTI currently
the only H&R available for the GTI at this time is thier RSS coilover kit

I was shooting for the H&R sports because they weren't too much of a drop. I want a good ride quality since we will take this car on trips from time to time. I heard that these were comparable to factory. I will look into the Eibachs. I am asuming you mean the differances in weight?

Well I got my refund and with the money I have saved up I might just put it towards a better setup. The guy at North American Motor Sports told me he has the neuspeed springs on his own GTI and was telling me to get them. I was looking at getting the Eibach Sportlines....don't know what to do now. By the way the guy also said they can't be sure that they will get the H&R springs in till maybe the middle of March.

if you're looking for something closer to stock, you probably don't want the Eibach Sportlines. The Eibach Pro-Kit is closer to stock and the Sportlines have a much lower drop.

Well I want close to stock for the feel of the ride. But I want to get rid of the 4x4 look. I am getting the Konig FSD shocks and struts. Just need to figure out the springs now. I want to lower the car more than an inch which is the Eibach prokit. The H&R sport lowers it to 1.5, the Eibach sportlines 1.6, and the Neuspeeds sport are 1.3 (I think). The problem right now is that the FSD are supposed to be used with nothing more than a 1.5 drop.

I can get a set of FSDs with Matched springs made by eibach
sport lines are like 2" plus drop
prokits are 1.5
H&R according to my spec sheet is 1.4 front 1.2 rear
