Compared to a stock 2.0T, the VF-E RS/R kit adds 201-hp and 145 lb-ft of torque!
wow! that is awesome. too bad its over $5K. you could buy an entire Mk3 for that much.....lol

A GT28RS doesn't have the airflow to support 400 hp they are simply trying to push the top edge of it's working range the turbo is most efficient at about 15-20 psi at which according to VF's site you will have about 350 which is pretty standard for that turbo on any 2L four
It will be more than 5k for the 400 kit IF they ever get one built if they do build it there is no way they could use that turbo and not burn up center sections
if you could get the header and DP for a decent price a Big T-28 (very similar to a GT28RS just without the ball bearing CHRA) is like $750 with a blown T-25 for core exchange

Good Lord that is way too much money for me. I will stick with trying to make do with the turbo I have for now. I only have 10k miles onthe car and plenty of waranty left. My next move after the suspension is exhaust.

dang that adds so much more power than the one for the A4. I was thinking of parting a GT28RS together for under 3 i hope. with apr software.
