audi warning light

the guy i bought my S4 off didn't have the owner's manual, so can someone please tell me what the warning light is that has MPH in a circle with the number 1 in the upper left, outside the circle?

I think, that is the speed warning light indicating you have it set to warn you when you reach a certain speed. here is a link to some of the audi warning lights

i see...well i must have accidentally set it. i don't really need to know, cause i'd rather not know if i'm going to fast...seems like this is something for drunk drivers so that on the way home they don't speed and have less chance of getting pulled over...haha...j/j

...but i'm curious, how do you set the speed indicator warning? it must have something to do with the the same knob you use to set the time, cause it went off after i set the time forward an hour.

I think you set it the same way as most of the things in your multi function display, like your clock, like you said. Just flip through the functions and you should find a speed warning one, not sure how different the audi and GTI displays are though
