View Full Version : Jordan Motor No scan

I called jordan motors a while back and asked how much to check my 94 jetta to see w hat code it was throwing. they said they couldn't scan any kind of jetta. Which i thought was bull****. But o well Just wondering why they said that? No software or what? Today I just bought the 2x2 adapter for pre obdII cars from ross-tech so i can vag my car.

Nice, I could have used that for my Corrado as well when I had it.

The must have a lot of "rookies"

They must not of understood what you wanted? Maybe they don't just scan a car for anyone without doing the work themselves.

Maybe they thought you wanted them to scan a picture of a jetta and they didn't have any photo editing software to do it...

They should have been able to just do a scan. When I took my car there (a long long time ago) I told them to call me after the scan, and not to perform any work without my consent.

Of course I wasn't going to let them do any work anyway :D

Yeah that's a load of crap. I've taken my car in there a couple of times for absolutely no other purpose than to have a CEL scanned, and I told them so when I showed up, and they just did it for free and told me what the code was and I left along my merry way.

Of course, now I'm boycotting their service department because they suck balls anyway.
