Up for sale is my 75 honda cl360. The bike has been stripped down to frame chemically stripped then painted and reassembled with everything basically new. The bike runs and drives excellent.

Engine&trans is out of a 04 kawasaki ex 250 street bike that had 400 miles on it now it has just under a 1000 miles. All machined engine mounts, complete harness everything installed. Aprilla radiator w/fan,custom rear sproket for gearing. K&n filters is only mod.

Exterior BSA headlight, buell turn signals all around, brand new paint job on tank. seat in great shape and original. Only thing not yet hooked up is brake light switch. Has all new brake, clutch cables & levers+grips

Overall great bike plenty of power. I bought it as my first bike and have since purchased a couple of newer triumphs.

asking price is 1200 cash or best offer.

those shotgun pipes are sweet but how bad to they heat up?

kleinergti1

they get hot and should be redone to go underneath.

that is the R32 but not repainted that was before it left for the paint shop. I still have yet to decide on one of the flat colors.

interested... do you have, or know, if a stock 250 header will fit?
how loud is the current setup?
has the air/fuel ratio been corrected for the k&ns and pipes?

yes the a/f ratio has been fixed. its loud now and and not sure if the stock pipe will fit. bring a 1000 cash and its yours. that includes new battery. i am away in colorado till the 5th though.

yep runs perfect now just put new plugs in it. might redo the exhaust soon and move the pegs, but if that happens the price will go up a bit.

should have new exhaust finished up this week moving the pegs forward a bit.

exhaust is done & sounds great. basically stock ninja 250 header down to a mid pipe and then onto a stock sv1000 muffler with some of the insides removed.

next is new front pegs and move brake and shift linkage forward.

much better to ride now since i don't have to worry about burning my jeans

i like it, i love that your using random stock parts. its exactly what i would do.

why are you moving the pegs forward, from the pictures they look like there in a good position.

kleinergti1

the pegs are just to far back--basically they are in the passenger location.

Did you ever get those pegs moved?? believe it or not I'm still interested....

I made my last payment to William Penn University today!

Whats your current price? what kind of speed does it run comfortably? and does that side cover clean up? it looks either faided or dirty.

nope have not done much more to it lately. starts and runs fine. 1000 cash takes it. i rode it on the highway at 70 before no problem. it redlines at 12k rpm so you can go pretty good with it.

sorry out of town this weekend to pick up a car. I never had the original exhaust to begin with so i would check on ebay for that. no delivery at this time just too busy.

by original i mean the exaust from the first several pictures.

where are you going to pick up the car? are you trailering it? maye we can work out something with one of your already existing trips.
