Wow these are so nice when they are polished! If i didn't just buy a set of wheels then I'd be all over these. :tu: At $1k for 5 with rubber these should go pretty quick.

Damn if only I had some spare cash... I bet it'd be a PITA ($$) to find 19" tyres that'd fit on a B5 application, though.

Damnit, the tyre thing was my self-consolation for the fact that I can't afford to buy these right now in the first place!

i will take monthly payments :) 200 a month in exchange for 1 wheel each month. You'll have them ready for spring hehehe

You know, that might actually be doable. Let me crunch some numbers and see if I can fit that into my budget in the new year, I should know if I can arrange it within a week or so. :tu:

Also a quick question for anyone who might know; 235/35R19 tyres rotate 905.26 times each mile, whereas my stock 205/55R16 tyres rotate 983.83 times each mile. This is an 8% difference, so I'm wondering if this is noticeable on the speedometer (I would assume it is); how much of a difference does it make? Can this be accounted for by VAG-COM adjustment? Thanks!

Your speedometer will read 2.36% too slow. Meaning when it says you are doing 65 you are actually going to be doing 66.53. Given VW/Audi speedometers are alredy off (read faster than you are going by a couple MPH) it shouldn't be a big deal.

The old B5 speedometers are deaddick on. I have one well over 100 and GPS verified to be with in 1 mph of accurate.
