Need Help

The Jetta is going in storage for the winter, because I don't have access to my snow tires. Long story short, the snow tires are buried in a storage facility in Minnesota and I wont be able to get to them until we buy a house up there.

I was wondering if their is anything I should to do prep it for at least 3 or 4 months of sitting. I don't plan on driving it at all this winter, or even running the engine. Is their anything I need to do to it before it goes into storage?

Putting the car up on blocks so as not to flat spot the tires...something like that. Make sure the coolant is to spec, hate to see the cold temps kill the motor.

Thanks for the advice and links....I feel like a noob that should have used the SEARCH tool.

But hopefully this winter I will get around to painting my side skirts, and have the chance to fix a lot of minor things. I'm just a little depressed I won't get to drive the Jetta till spring :(.
