Super Troopers!!!HAHAHAH!!! "We're going back to P" I love it when Doogie says that line. We use a scene out of that movie every year at work so the seasonal people have an idea what the day after Thanksgiving is like. It's the scene where the bugs are attacking the compound and the sergeant is running around barking out orders. It's great for team morale.

My friend Heston from IC did an internship with Broken Lizard, he's an extra on the set of Beerfest :) he got a bigass poster signed from them too, pretty cool stuff. I'll ask him what time in the movie he's shown, he's a tall skinny white kid with huge hair/afro thing, haha.

i pay no attention to the critics' reviews. they're all too old to understand and comprehend my views towards movies. usually if they say a movie was awful, i end up loving it, lol. :finger:

No, I haven't seen it yet, but have been wanting too. I'll probably just end up buying it somewhere. I'm not into downloading movies via the net. I'd rather watch them in good quality in my DVD player ;) Plus its probably only $10 max, they deserve it I'm sure. :tu:

yeah i love a scanner darkly its a good movie and it makes u think. theres a bunch of twists and u dont really understand untill the last 10 mins.

it is kinda weird tho, plus they way they do the camera when they pan in or out, everything like shakes so i felt like i was on drugs the first time i watched it lol. i was like make everything stop moving!

ah, thanks for the heads up, Jeff. we usually go to Family Video because its the closest and cheapest, but i've also been to Hastings once or twice for a hard to find movie. i've never actually rented anything from Hollywood video yet though, so Requiem may be my first rental from there. :tu:

the man youre thinking of is CLIVE OWEN, and the funny part about that is that he's actually a stunt man.

he got the job because their were so many inside shots in the car that it was going to cost sooooo much to get Pierce Brosnan that they scrubbed the idea, as its original intention was as an advertising format in Europe.

Clive is currently the industries highest paid "driver" stunt man. 2.5mil to walk onto the set in 2004.

just thought you might enjoy that
