So, I have not been out shooting in awhile. I was curious if any of you folks would like to come out to the gun range with me and a few buddies on 11/03/07?

We are going out to the range south of the Cedar Rapids Airport off 965.

I just thought I would extend the welcome to who ever wants to relieve some stress. :tu:

Hmmm That does sound fun.... Ill ive got is an older bolt action .410 shotgun

Can you shoot if you don't have a gun or a permit or anything? I don't know how it works...but it would be fun to shoot guns!

Yeah you just cant hunt or do anything too fun. Im taking my hunters ed course in about 2 weeks, Im pumped.

Yes, you can shoot if you do not have a gun or a permit. I only have an AK-74. My friends on the other hand have a nice collection. Usually it works like this, no gun buy ammo; and shoot there guns.

We ususually shoot 9mm, and a lot of .22, because it is cheap as hell.

If you are interested in going, and want to shoot let me know to tell my buddy to bring some more guns.

And if you have any old tv's that you do not want....well we can take some shots at them.

I might come out. My dad just bought a .22 rifle that Id like to shoot. I think Im gonna shoot it tomorrow when we shoot some trap but Id still like to shoot at a range. Definite mabye on it though, I got a feeling that the next few weeks are gonna get pretty busy.

Real quick the range is out in the country, so there will be some gravel to travel.

But it is well worth it.

That place is about 3 minutes from my parents house. So I may swing by. Nevermind, just looked at the calender, that's a Saturday, have to work. DAMN!

I guess I assumed you'd be done and gone by 4, that's when I get off of work. If not I could still swing by.

i am not sure of what time we will be heading out. but we are usually out there for a couple of hours. i will figure out the time and let you know.
