View Full Version : Lunch GTG's in the CR area?

Do any of you guys have GTG's over the lunch hour say at a BBQ place or anything like that. Was thinking once a month or once a week.

I have been trying to get something like this going on at bf.com and no luck.

This is just a idea..let me know what u think.

I know Casey works odd hours (he's in CR), but I think that's a cool idea.

We should do this for the Des Moines area people too. ;) :tu:

Yeah I work in coralville and usually leave for work around 3:45pm. So lunch would work just fine. How about 'BBQ This' some day this week? Or were you thinking more like weekends?

If anyone likes sushi (I do, I do!) (I remember some Kaji GTG I missed out on last year when I first joined) then we could meet at The Sushi House or Pei's on 33rd...

Was thinking during the day. I work at one of the hospitals here in CR. I am going to be out of town this Thurs-Monday. SO how about Wed?

Wed works just fine for me what time is your lunch and where do you want to meet up at? We could start a new thread about this so it's easier for people to meet up from the area.

I can take off anytime and can meet anywhere.

There is BBQ on the NE side off of boyson and Dickies off of Edgewood.

How about anytime from 1130-1

BBQ might be a little cheaper then Dickies but at dickies you used to get free icecream after eating there.. Parking is about the same at both places as well.
