wtb Mk4 Golf or Jetta

A co-worker of mine is looking for a (nothing fancy, nothing modded) Golf or Jetta. I've told him about the TDI Wagon but he's wanting a Golf more. (Wants 4 doors at least..)

I saw a used 1.8t Jetta for sale on Merle Hay - just south of Douglas. It had 8k on the window but I didn't stop so I don't know mileage or condition but from the street it looked nice. Aftermarket wheels and tint. black car. Looked worth checking out.

just finished up a 4dr golf tdi gls today. never wrecked or anything--someone screwed up a timing belt job and it dropped a valve so i put a low miles motor in it. Reflex silver,4dr sunroof,monsoon,5spd 55-60mpg easily,dark grey cloth interior. asking 9k obo. 175k miles on body. here are some pictures. the whole car still needs a good cleaning.
