It was/is pissin' coldish today. So I was thinking about trying to do a ride with my fellow PKGer's before real cold weather sets in. No details yet, just seeing if anyone would be interested/available.

I'd love to - but that weekend I'll be in Minneapolis. And even if I wasn't, not sure I'd be willing to ride out to the eastern border, just to do some more riding, before riding home.

My bike is having problems right now but if I can get it working before the ride date then I'm down! If you wanna hear the story: http://www.kawasakimotorcycle.org/forum/mechanics-corner/57010-92-600r-started-acting-up.html

So I have to work this weekend at 3pm. I would like to ride before then, plus I prefer morning rides anyhow. 63ragtop, can you get it registered? OrangeDUB, hopefully it's a small problem. Sounds like some good suggestions from the kawi board. Otherwise it looks like it might just be IaR32 and myself. So what kind of bike do you all have? (except those I know)

I talked to my dad and he said he would think about it, I have to work weekdays and go to school so anytime this week would be out of the question, A morning ride on saturday would work, if I get to use his bike.

Works great for me, the earlier the better! So did you get the 900? I used to own an '82 GS1100. I loved that bike. Just a UJM, but a great bike.

As for how long????? I have to work at 3, so for me it would depend on where we went. I would personally *love* to hit some wisconsin roads early, but that'll eat about 70-90 mins just getting there. But getting there would be have the fun. So if we left the Q.C. around 930ish we'd be up there by 11 easy piss around for a while and head back by 1. But that's totally just a suggestion. If you guys don't want to go that far or that early that cool. Suppose to be sunny and mid 70's. Should be a great day for it!

depending on how much twisty road rideing you want to do i know a great road thats up by savana il, it would be a great ride up the il side. the road is about 35 miles long, great views lots of "35" mph corners.

Yeah, it don't really matter to me either way, I'm going for sure! Hopefully my tires hold up well. Really don't like metzlers. Can wait to get my Contis neat year, heard great things about them.

I don't really think I could go to wisconsin, Twistys are always good.

so where we meeting at? the road i talk about takes around 1 hour to get there and if we ride it both ways it will probably take 45 min.
