Another super easy install DIY.
Pull the stock cap off the rear wiper, just reach under and pull up and it will pop off:

You will see a 13mm nut staring you in the face, grab the nearest wrench or deep well socket and take it off which will allow you to pull the wiper arm off:

Put the new rear wiper arm and nut on.
Then the only annoying part of the install, you will probably have to sand down the new cap. I just grabbed some nearby sandpaper and sanded the base until it fit. You will only have to sand bottom of the cap (nearest the window) as it hits the glass before the clips engage.
Thats all there is to it, final result:
