Yeah, its not difficult at all but figured we needed more DIY's to get this section rolling.
First, move the mirrors all the way down so you can get your fingers above them to pull them out:

Pull gently down until the mirror pops out. This method worked perfectly for the drivers side, but the passenger side was being a little more difficult. For that side I used a tiny flat head screwdriver (from a set used to work on eyeglasses) to pry the top two tabs up.
I have heated mirrors so I had to disconnect the two tiny wires that lead to the glass. Remember which wire goes where! Here is what it looks like behind your mirrors if you were ever curious....

Back of the new glass, you can see where the wires for the heating elements connect (lower left of this picture), and the 8 tabs that hold the glass in.

Install is pretty simple, just connect the two wires to the new glass and pop the mirror back in, just don't press too hard and break the glass and you are good to go.
