This was an AMAZING gtg, by far the best one yet with an INSANE turn out, I had such a great time and I hope everybody else did too! I can't wait for more like these! The cruise up and down with the Des Moines kids was a lot of fun as well.. some of you might have been fortuante enough to catch me in mid-jam around noon on the way to IC,.... :laugh:

I only took 8 pictures...5 of the R, 1 of chunk's (marcus hit the afterburners so its blurry), 1 of the 2 a4's and s4 at the end, and the semi one didnt turn out because the wide angle was on, so id have to crop it like a mutha.

I might make up a thread here soon about taking pics for people since there seems to be interest.

He actually stopped down and hung out with us for awhile after he saw all the German cars driving out of the park. He is from Des Moines and was a pretty cool guy. The Honda, on the other hand, was way nasty. Mismatched body parts, altezza lights and a horrific muffler.

That E36 was, I'm sorry to say, a huge piece. It wasn't kept up at all, however it had some pretty cool wheels, not BMW, and tailights. That guy with the honda was a true rice-burner.

Well said. Back about 8 years ago I really had this thing for white spraypaint....Paint the windshield wipers, the interior pieces, grilles, whatever I could find white....Alot of us went through that chrome trim thing as well..I didn't know anybetter...I was 14...Obviously my taste in modifications has been "aged" a little bit. However, I still love my cars tight and my women loose...That part of me will never change.

I hate you...My old S4 got sold to my dad, which then got sold to someone in the QC (who my dad works with) where he let his son drive it, cracked the oil pan, tried to drive it home...use your imagination...that pristine car (exterior and interior) was blown up and has been sitting for the last 3-4 years in some garage rotting that I know of. Engine cooked, turbos cooked...etc...sad

OMG thank you for bumping this Abby! This day was officially my FIRST exposure to PKG. I was disc golfing that day with a friend, randomly saw a bunch of nice cars, came down, talked to some people there for a while, etc. You can actually find pics in here with my buddy's BMW in them and I even found one with myself in it LOL. This was a month or two before I bought my Golf...and was kind of an inspiring, motivational experience for me to get into Euro cars (as I was a Honda guy before....still like Hondas a little, but I must say THANK YOU for exposing me to this realm and changing my views on cars/car modification). In retrospect, I hadn't even realized how close in time this was to when I bought my VW......but it was a period of a few months only. I didn't join PKG for a few more years because, TBH, I kinda forgot about it cause I was busy with school stuff, etc.

And on a further note....where did all these cars go?! :( I don't recognize ANY of them going through the pics!

Most of them were sold off. My W8 changed hands to another member for a little bit then was sold to someone in CR. A few of those people moved away too. And some just lose interest/contact. It's bound to happen.

EDIT: And looking through those pics...at least one was totaled... :bawl:
