Im from Franklin, Wi. I have 2 jetta's a purple (factory color) 1996 GlS and a white 2001 VR6 GLS. I love to play hockey and glad to join Projekt German. sorry if they are a little big

i was thinking of putting a euro plate on. and yes im gonna put smoked side markers on eventually. i have new pics coming because me and my friend just joey modded our headlights so they are now blacked out.

Sounds good. Mk4s look good with joey-modded lights. Both cars look really good. You don't see many white Mk4s around, and the purple Mk3 is awesome. I love that color!

There happens to be one of them here in Des Moines as well. It's definitely a cool paint color since you don't see them often. Plus its not really a girly purple, it's kind of a greyish purple that looks really neat in the sunlight.

alot of people used to ask me if i owned a silver jetta before i got my vr6 and i said no its purple and some would laugh. i personally think its a really neat color so me and my dad repainted it so the paint looks alot better now than before.

I was takin' pictures with them, innitially i hated the color, but by the end of the day, it grew on me.....thing is, it has over 200,000 miles on it :eek: :eek: Still runs great!:finger:
