Trust me I don't want to go, but the wife likes to go at least once a year. So I figure use the free tickets and free money for food.

I have a case of :dp: on ice along with a bunch of water, green tea, and red bull so we should be able to stay hydrated. Batteries for everything I think we should need are charged. I sent the wife to Home Depot to pick up a big fan, I am hoping we can fit the car in the garage and still have plenty of room to work up front so we can close the garage door, open the door to the house and let the fan blow the cool air from the house into the garage.
Wish I could be there, but hope to see pictures eventually. I can't wait to ride in Marcus' car to see what kind of a difference all of these upgrades make. :tu:

FMIC install is DONE! Initial test drive showed no boost leaks or any other "oh crap we forgot to do ______" issues. It went pretty easy, we took our time and didn't rush anything so I think that is why it went so smoothly. Got hung up for a little trying to get his aftermarket diverter valve situated right, and had to get a new hose clamp for the headlight washer line but that was it.
I'm a little tired and have to sort through all the pics taken on our camera, but for now I will show you the money shot.

IRONY!
That thing sucked, I can't believe how thin the plastic "nipple" was that we snapped off. I don't understand how people can do this (or a boost gauge) without breaking it. Move a hose the wrong way and you are f'ed. There is a line coming off the intake manifold where everyone taps into for a boost gauge, just after you tap into that line there is basically a 3 way splitter, I don't remember where all the lines run to, but the nipple for the shortest one is the one we broke off that splitter.
Adam's car is now added to the list of cars I refuse to work on in the future along with Marcus' A4(s).
