My car has gotten even more noticable in the small stutter it has at lower RPMs. It is most noticable under a load like just getting moving and up to about 2-2500K in 1-3 gear. after 3rd I'm generally going fast enough my r's are well above 2.
Anyone have any clues?

I would clean out your throttle body with some carb cleaner.

Could be a number of things....I would start with the ignition system

x2
spark plugs, cables.

The plugs only have less than a 1K miles on them. Cap and rotor have the same. Wires are some "performance" wires from a PO.
I think I might measure the injectors and see if I can find a weak one there. Or see if I can get a coil also.

I doubt there is an injector problem, but I guess ya never know.
As a rule, when an engine is placed under a load the first thing that causes a problem as you describe is an ignition breakdown someplace.
I'm assuming you checked plug gap before installing them and that they were genuine NGK or Bosch plugs, dist. cap and rotor?
Some of the aftermarket parts out here leave something to be desired sometimes.
New parts don’t necessarily mean good parts. Take this from someone that has experienced it first hand. :)
Def let us know what you find. Good luck!

I agree. Last time I checked the gap on my "pre-gapped" plugs from NGK they ranged anywhere from .025 all the way up to .04ish....I guess in the grand scheme of things a few hundreths of an inch is decent quality control for a company as large as NGK (but jesus, in the spark plug world it should be better than this. Also, don't ever buy iridium tipped plugs, I don't trust the gaps, and you cannot adjust them)....However, I can definitely tell the difference between a .028 plug (this is where I run) and an old plug towards the end of it's life where the gap widens to .03ish or so...IS your ignitor going bad? Crank position sensor? Do you have a voltage tester?

I don't see why it'd be a spark plug/gap problem if it's only at low RPM, you'd hardly be able to make it up past 3k if your plugs were fouled.
Buy a $3 can of electronics parts cleaner and clean out your MAF :tu:

I know this sounds funny but I put AC plugs in it. And GP Sorensen for the rotor and cap. But something is wrong obviously. I think I'll make a big fuss at work if any of that crap went bad.
I have had plenty of experience with not good new parts, having been in parts for 4 yrs.

I've heard that sometimes these cars are really finnicky about the parts you are using. I went with OEM Bosch Silber plugs for mine. Got them online from www.germanautoparts.com. I ended up ordering their $100 tune-up kit.

x1? This would cost $3.00 and take you 30 minutes to do.
My car would start and idle so poor it would DIE (low RPMs)
cleaned the throttle body, ran smoother than ever and the problem went completely away.

I may clean it up tomorrow before heading into work if I can get to it. I have WAY too much to do between class and work.

I cleaned out the TB and MAF. And its a lot better. Both were SOAKED in oil. Anyone have a clue why I might be getting a TON of blowby? I'm not used to that much oil coming into the intake. I do rev it pretty high (4-6K) shifting a lot but thats where the car makes power.

From what I hear its a pretty common thing on 2.0s. You'll also have a lot of oil on the inside of the intake manifold. Not sure what the reason is, but I found the same thing on mine.
