thought i would post it up here and see if anyone near by would be interested.

i have a complete mk4 climatronic swap. head unit,harness,heater/ac box,sun sensor etc.

asking 500obo.

since you part out late model VWs --- i need to get my heated seats hooked up - i swapped mine but my car didn't come with heated seats -- so what parts do i all need? and can you get them? :D

you would need all the wiring from the seat to fuse box to the switch which is all tied to the main harness. if i part one soon with heated seats i would take the harness out and sell it. otherwise i know someone makes a good aftermarket setup that is like oem on tdiclub.com

How hard is this to install?

you have to take the dash out, change the wiring harness, hook up all the servo motors for the heater box, i know its been done before on both mkiv & v with relative ease but its not cheap to do and quiet the number of parts

yeah the cost to benefit ratio is not worth it unless you really can't turn the knobs with your fingers
