Three more days before my ABF Motor gets here!!! YAAAAYYY!!! :D

OH and I got some Brembos for my GTI!!! WOOOOO!!

I'm sooo excited to START working on it!!

*I really hope sh!t stops hapening...this whole month has been insane!*

Ok soo it's been more than 2 weeks...way more! Almost like a month and the stupid motor isn't in yet!! It's been at port waiting to be inspected for like over a week!!! I'm starting to get all antsy and stuff!!! :eek:

Hey everyone here are the pics of my crashed gti and the brembos, I am suppose to start tearing it down sometime soon but its been soo hot that i just stay inside all day!! I have some of the parts, the only thing that I'm missing is the driver side fender!!

Thanks!!!.......I'm soo freakin excited to start working on it!! It's soo frustrating waiting for the stupid containers to be released! I just now got off the phone and he said it "should" be at the end of this week!! Lets hope so!!!

Anyway This weekend FOR SURE!!! I'm going to start taking apart my front end...I have to go to the junk yard to get a fender I found a place that sells them for $20.....lets hope they have one ;) !!

Can't wait to see this car progress. Are those Brembo's built specifically for your car? I know they are big in the import world but I didn't know if they made stuff for VAG cars or not.

No...I have to swap tht whole part out of an mkiii! I'm waiting for my bro to do his first so then I know what exactly to do! He has an 85 gti! We're both working on our cars at the same time! Its pretty cool! But he's putting a 1.8t in his! + cn't wait to start! Only 3 days away! I just hope it's not rediculously hot this weekend!!

So those Brembo's are for a Mk3 eh....? If I wasn't on a budget I might spring for those. They do look oh so nice. :D

Both my brother and I are hooking up our cars at the same time!
He has the 85gti and I have the 92gti....
I kinda wish I had the first and he had the last, but I love mine cause of the dual round and he has the regular stock! He's in my sig picture between the black golf and the gray 24v vr6 gti! He's wearing a red hat standing right next to his car!

He got the brembos from a friend...$50 for a set of two! Which I got one!

He's going to be home from college this weekend, I'm suppose to let him borrow the cherry picker so he can drop his 1.8t in there!! I'll post pics of his build along with mine!!

I can't wait! Our cars look sorta identical! I wish I didn't have the tear drop rims though!

I still haven't read much about the ABF 16V motors and don't know anyone that has one, sooo I can't wait to see what it has in store for me!!

I know it's been a while........SOOO here's an update!!

The ABF Motor is still at The Los Angeles port waiting for it to be inspected by customs....I guess they've been shut down for a while because they are thinking about going on strike!! Well I'm not very patient when it comes down to getting stuff.......So I'm waiting for the guy to stop flaking on giving me a reffund!!

We are working on a reasonable price with some guy on vwvortex for a high performance 16v that he has!

I ordered my Eibach coilovers...*BTW! If you guys EVER want Eibach springs, my mom is Mr. Eibachs Assistant so she can hook you up on discounts*

I am interested in buying BBS!!

We are working with ABD to have a custom exhaust and big bore intake made...ALSO...We're thinking about getting cams!!!

We ended up stripping most of the inside....my friend that crashed his evo sold me his Recarros...I'm not going to re instal the back seats....I just got a Sparco shifter knob today! IT's sooo cute! hahaha.......Hopefully I can afford to get harnesses and stuff......but thats about our budget for now!!
