Thanks.
Yeah I can't wait to drive her again.
The Vdub won't be as intense of a build as this, more of a fast/fun daily.
This thing is crazy! I love that body style for the 240. The Silvia front end will be really mean looking on there.

I'll be shooting for 500-550whp to begin with. Then once I get used to it again I'll turn it up alittle.
And the front mount is only 4" thick :D

Were you still looking for a mk3? I am debating selling mine.
It is a obd1 vr6, perferct for turbo because obd1's have forged bottom ends.
Let me know, ill send some pics.

hmm news to me. i know the obdI aba motors have forged pistons and rods never heard this of a vr6 but then again ill check it out since i have two obdI vr6's sitting in my garage right now. the pistons are defintly cast not forged i can say that for sure. obdII vr6's are acctualy the better choice for turbo with the chip tuning that avalible right now. C2 offers a nice 630cc injector tune for obdII cars.

Ha, that's funny. My dad worked there in the parts department when it was still Wilson Brothers for 12 years. I also worked there for my first job (washing cars), my cousin was a mechanic there for a few years, my uncle also worked in the service department and another uncle was the sales manager there for years until he went to Brad Deery.
Yeah, it was a family affair for a few years.

It's actually functional on your car, now if it was on a honduh fanbois car I would have to engage in flame throwing. :)

This is going to be one kick ass car. Believe or not, I like the GT wing on there. For one, it doesn't look like the run-of-the-mill erector set variety, so you know you mean business. Plus, on a car like this, it will actually be a functional part.
Also, I love the flares, smoked lighting, wheels, front bumper, paint....everything. Imports are where I got my start into cars and as much as I love my German metal I would kill for a built Sil-80. :drive:
