I started rolling down my windows yesterday (hadn't since friday cuz of the new tint) and now I can't roll down my passenger side front window with my master controls on the driver side. I can roll it up with those controls and the controls on the passanger side work both ways. Is this something that they could have done during the tinting or chipping (got APR at the same time)?

might have disconnected something when they have been tinting. i would go in and look at the wires.

I think they forgot to plug a harness back in
Have fun removing the door and try not to break any clips (removing doors is always about brains over brawn in my experience)

I think rather than pull off the panels myself, I'm gonna take it back to have them take that risk. They forgot to plug back in the center brake light, so I wouldn't be surprised if they forgot something else... at least the brake light I caught before I left. This I couldn't find for a few days since i couldn't roll down the windows. Oh well... soon I have to go a few miles from there for my exhaust anyways.

Not to change the subject but how do you like the APR?

And don't let them tell you that you should've noticed it before and that its actually your fault.

Depending on the tint place they may or may not of taken the door panel off to put the tint on. Generally if the master switch in the driver's door isn't plugged in then the passenger's wont work either. Now it might just happen that the connection is loose witch involves the same thing, remove the door panel to fix. Could be they damaged the switch plug when they removed it, which is possible because VW switch plugs are pains in the ass to remove. Let them look at it. If they didn't remove the panel to put the tint on ask them how...if it looks like there was no other way to put the tint on. Be business like about the whole thing. They should have insurance to cover if they break anything.....
