Peal them off w/plastic razor then use adhesive remover to rub away the leftover residue

If you can't get at them at first whilst using the above mentioned tools, try warming them up with a hair dryer or heat fun first to soften the adhesive.

Careful with goo gone. Use a hair dryer or heat gun first before you do anything with it cold out.

Deffinetly use any adhesive remover on a test area first

and be very quick with the remover once you start and wash it off with soap and water IMMEDIATELY!

Or don't bother and just leave them on and let people know your proud of your badges!

^^^Nah it's fun to let people guess. Plus I vote a big YES to removing dealer-added emblems/advertisements.
i prefer warming (not cooking) the badge up with a heat gun and then running some plastic fishing line behind it.

High tensile fishing line and a heat gun...minor amount of tar/adhesive remover. Turtle wax makes a decent one and it's safer than GooGone

Oh, and take your time....don't get in a hurry. A nice buff/wax will bring back the consistency in the paint when you're done

I agree with others.....heat+fishing line, then goo-gone/scrubbing, then soap/water.
