I've had three DSMs and no tranny problems but yeah it's the main downfall. John Shep trans FTW.

Subaru tranny=glass. I used to own an 02 wrx and busted my tranny twice. Now the sti tranny is bulletproof. Nice evo btw and what is the price of the beast, does the girl come with or you gonna part it out after you sell the car? if yes i got first dibs!

anyone can break any trans if they don't know what they are doing it is all a matter of finesse....back on topic how much for the evo?

We're not looking to make a profit, just asking what we owe on it which is $29k.....The car comes with all the mods it's extremely well mantained! It's an RS so it doesn't have power windows or doors since we wanted the car to be as light as we can possibly have it.....but in approx 2 weeks we'll be converting it into power windows and doors, getting a brand new windshield and paying for tags this Friday...

The girls don't come with the car, but i'm sure once you have it you wont have any problems getting your own!

oh i forgot to mention that it doesn't have the stock clutch! We dropped in a high performance one approx 6months ago!

I've never had a tranny problem....or any other problem with the car...

Subaru=glass!! That's for sure!!! Oh and the Evo has an STIKiller.com liscence plate frame on it along with a very small pink sti sticker with a dash going trhough it on the window!! :D

....A couple of our stuff was custom made for our car....our exhaust alone was $1300...That's 3" piping all the way back with no cat! There's also tax involved and living in Cali it's not cheap!! Everything on my Evo was installed by a well known respected shop!!

There is also a couple of stuff that we have purchased but haven't had time to take it to the shop for it to be installed since My MKII GTI is priority right now!!!! Like front mount intercooler, Cosworth Mivec cams, injektors, fuel rail, LIP, Takata raicing harnesses, and we're still waiting for our Sparco harness bars to come in the mail!

............Now......you tell me that's not $10k!? ;)
