My girlfriend's '02 Buick LeSabre (grandma-mobile) has a vibration going anywhere around 65. It's odd because sometimes it's obnoxious and then it will be alright for awhile but overall I'm pretty sure something is up. I'm aware wheels being not weighted correctly can do that and she has hub caps. I don't notice any vibration in town or any other problems driving, so shoot your ideas my way. Thanks dudes...

Yeah if the wheels are not balanced correctly it will shake or it could be a bent rim

Sounds like a wheel is out of balance, most of the time you don't notice it at slow speed unless it really far out.
if all your wheels check out it could be an alignment issue.

Yep.

Sounds like she has steel wheels also. These can bend easily and it only takes one wheel to make the whole car vibrate at highway speeds.

I also vote either wheel out of balance or bent rim. Also, check for dust build-up inside the wheel/hubcap. When I lived on a gravel road, the inside lips of my car would get caked with thick layers of dust, then sometimes pieces would break off (or get washed out by rain), creating a very unbalanced situation, which you'd have to wash out to fix.

Also could be some sort of uneven tire wear (is the car properly aligned/rotated regularly?).

The tires are newish and are wearing normally so I'm guessing something is up with the steel wheels. I'll have it checked out, thanks!
