Well, I figured I might as well join up on this forum, since I'm right next door in Omaha. I just got my Audi in January, and just started getting into the cars then. I'm not afraid to admit I'm very much a noob, but I'm a quick learner. For those of you who know Haime and Nate here in Omaha, they've pretty much been my big brothers as far as learning and getting into my car goes.

A bit about my car:
'03 Audi A4 1.8tqm. Just did neuspeed sport springs about 2 weeks ago (first mod ever) and the car looks really good. :tu: I'm getting my ecu flashed by APR this friday (finally!:yippee:) and will have it tinted at the same time. I just got my timing belt kit (ya it's getting closer to that 60k mark), apr snub mount, and forged 007 dv. Those should all be done within the next week or 2. I'm also getting an APR sport exhaust ordered within the next day or so. I'm kinda getting the first wave of the mod bug.
...All of that should be done by June 9th, as I will be at the Rally for Dyamond.

So obviously I talk a bit, but on the forum I do more reading right now since I don't know nearly as much as most everyone else. But I do put my $.02 in every now and then. Oh and I'm a member of GOVAG (http://www.govag.net).

The mod bug is possibly one of the best feelings ever.....off the top of my head I can only think of one that is bettter :D

I'm running APR software as well, are you going with the 91 or 93?

By the end of summer, I'm hoping to save up enough money for new wheels and tires... and maybe by next spring a bbk... I'm getting the 93 & 100 programs. These next few weeks are makin me feel like a kid during christmas!

No need for 91... We have a station on 144th and Blondo that has 93, and I'm around that area all the time, so it's not even out of the way. (And if need be a little touline will do the trick :) ). As far as pics, I have more to come soon, with tinting friday and exhaust may be done as early as friday, too.

Nate here has a triptronic '01 A4 1.8T, and he says the same thing, shoulda got a manual.... but he just got his '01.5 S4, and it's a stick. His new S4 is pretty and he got a great deal on it!
