something not right

can the vag com tell if something is not running right ?
today i test drove my car hard, and it feels like it loses power around 4k, the turbos spool till about 3.3k, then it feels like they cut off, i dont have a vag com does anybpdy have one that lives around the CR area

If i had one I would help you out, but I just don't have enough use for that setup yet. Get the codes read over at autozone on center point road just south of 42nd st, they're kick-ass people over there.

Someone might be nice and bring one to the Tint and Tat GTG if you ask um. What engine mods do you have, and do you have a boost gauge?

there are no check engine lights on, and it feels like it cuts off the boost around 4k and the car is completly stock, it boost nicely from 2k till around 4k then it feels like only the engine is working without the turbos, and its a 2000 a6 2.7t, and no i dont have a boost gauge

Possibly your DV went bad? It sounds like something along the turbo piping is not getting boost back into your motor

x2 sounds like limp mode, but no cel, hmm...
