I just found a link to this event that will be happening on June 9th & 10th.

I know it's way far in advance, but thought I should let everyone know.

It is the biggest event in the midwest.:tu: :tu:

The only problem with this event is that it takes place the same day (the 9th) as the event we are sponsoring, the Rally for Dyamond. And, since the RFD is a fundraising event, I would really like to see our members as participants in the rally.

Just FYI Mike, Marcus also had enough money "laying around" that he bought new shoes last weekend. They didn't look like they were cheap either.:finger:

The only thing that sucks is that the show runs from 9am-3pm. I've got it pegged at 245 miles from Des Moines = 3.5 hours. I'd want to get up there before noon to make the trip worthwhile. If I left at 7am and could get there by 11am, then I would be ok with that. It would be a lot of fun to go up. :tu:

Sunday June 8th

I thought that i would get a message out there for you guys to have a little update and if people were wondering. The show is on and i am one of the people in charge of it

We have a hotel booked for out-of-towners less than 1/2 mile from the show

We also are planning a few more activities for those of you who want some entertainment for the weekend

Dyno Day
Possible go kart day for real cheap

There will be other things to do and i will let you know just as soon as they are made finailzed
