Did Ross tech ever release a Mac vagcom? I would say that iBook g4 would do the trick if not these are newer modems don't imagine nOthing super fast to run it:tu:

it would be awesome if they did release it for mac. im all mac all the time, lol. id just put it on my macbook pro. yeah i know i can run parallels and run it on vista, but i prefer to just have a seperate lappy for just vaggin. lol.

The compaq nc6000 is running xp pro and has a parralel port would that work?

Trade that xp one for a JHM aluminum shift knob.. Shipping is pretty cheap on the laptop.. nc6000 kind of want a back up laptop.. more then this shiftkob.
