I like the Front mount by Forge for the MKV....Twintercooler.
Looks great. Very well hidden. Nobody will even have a clue until the car flies past...hehehe

I REALLY wanted to go with Euro DSMIC'S however no one, I mean no one on this side of the pond had them. They all told me at least 6 weeks. And that does not include backorders.... I have NO regrets about going with the second best choice (imho)
The recovered performance that the stock IC jipped me out of is hard to described. I've got this huge :D on my face whenever I drive it now..:tu:

how much did you have to hack away on the front bumper to get it mounted?
I'm pretty interested in this also but it wont make a huge difference on my stock turbo and DSMIC's.
Looks great man - very stealthy!

It took me about 20 minutes to "fit" the front bumper. Third trial fit was a charm. Took a bit at a time using a 90 degree grinder (went very fast). Key is to not get crazy removing stock and mark what needs to be removed.
If I had to guess how much material I removed, I'd say I could put all of the scraps into a half cup measuring glass. And I did not hurt or weaken the integrity of the cover, aka sagging valance, etc.

Clearance can be a huge issue with front mounts. How long was the process all together?

Roughly 5 hr, includes replacing the tip.
