Got my light tints

Granted they are those glue ons but should give me idea on how my lights look before I actually go with permanent paint.

I will posts pics as soon as I slap them on.

I think that will look great! Post some pics when you're done... I'm guessing you have to mold the tint to the tails with a heat gun? IMOP that will look stellar in contrast to your white paint :tu: good move

i went through the tinted tails for a while... about 8 months or so... but they got sick and tired of them. i just upgrade to LED tails. and think they are alot better.

Man, they were bitch to instal. I got frustrated the first time I tried, and just about ripped the damn thing appart. You won't believe how stretchy they are. I got them on now, and they better stay on like that. Tomorrow I'll be washing my car for Friday's graduation, so you'll see the pics. I'm thinking about spraying them permanently...that's how good they look.

Ohh, one tip for guys.
If you ever instal these, use Windex isntead of water. Windex is more slipery and it will make it easier putting it in place. Water just kinda runs off.

I bought a can of it from this seller and I actually talked to him over the phone and he helped me out alot. I would say keep your stick-on tint until you decide for sure what you wanna do.

I might buy that one too. There would be a lot of masking and protecting of the surrounding areas but I dont mind. But yeah, I'll keep these on for now. My dad even thinks that the car looks more "mafia" now. :D

Removing tails on every car that I have owned has never given me much trouble... Whoever put in their r32 tails here (can't remember) could tell you how hard it is

Im seriously considering buying tinted ones, going somewhere to tint them or buying that can of tint spray and doing it myself. I like it too. And guess what?

IMO, I wouldn't do the spray tint. I just don't like the result unless you really do it well (i.e. spraying, wetsanding, etc.) I think your tinted film looks awesome.
