The car has ran fine all summer since my buddy got it, then when he was driving on the interstate it threw codes and started running very poor, and rich. Would hardly go over 60mph. Idle is very shaky. Car is running extremely rich.

Both B2 O2 sensors [@ black wire] read a steady ~ .42-.43v @ idle. I'm thinking it might be the ECU or the signal wire that goes from the o2 to ECU. I thought it might be a clogged cat, but the voltage from the cylinder 4-5-6 side of the exhaust down pipe (one pair dp & cat per set of 3 cylinders) should not read a normal voltage, and additionally, the same voltage that the other 02 sensor reads

I found a blown fuse # 5 (SB5 - 12 V socket 2 (front center console), 12 V socket 2 (rear) 20 A) Probably unrelated, just trying to give all the info I can. I replaced the fuse because it was blown. All other fuses on both fuse panels out fine.

UPDATE: On 8-25-10, the coilpacks were replaced @ VW of CR under recall. One was so bad it fell into pieces upon removal said the mechanic. They told my buddy that it was so bad that it could have caused other problems? Car runs a little better now, but does not run like before still.

Does anyone in CR have legit Vag-Com so we can clear / reset the codes and go from there?

Let me ask around at work if none of the other guys know
