I just put some falken FK452s (235/40/ZR18) on my aristos, I love um...good tread rating, quiet, and sticky. Ordered them through edgeracing.com for dirrrty cheap. They do run a little skinny, compared to my F1s. But don't forget that a wider tire is going to affect the sidewall height so compare the diameter.

You would have about .4" more sidewall, which would be quite a bit in my opinion. That and your speedo would read slow (show 60 and you would actually be going 62.5) although that may not be a problem as your speedo reads high from the factory....

Run the numbers through this (http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html)

It depends on how picky you are, and what suspension you are running. Personally I wouldnt move to a taller sidewall. I don't know what price they are going for, but I bet you could find a deal on a wholesale website like edgeracing somewhat similar to the ebay listing.

If you're on a budget, I'd roll with these,

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Fuzion&tireModel=HRi&vehicleSearch=false&partnum=245HR7HRI&fromCompare1=yes&place=0

Not bad reviews, look pretty nice. I dunno.
