Squeaking coming from wheel area

I got a squeaking coming from left front wheel area over 30mph moving any ideas?

constant, just over bumps, resonance speeds up/slows down with car speed? :)

If it sounds like you're running over a cat - I had that too for a while on the old A4.....noise seemed to go away by itself. I suppose it could have been the dust shield?

its constant @ 30+mph around 60 its drown out by the road noise....it usually happens in temps under 90 it sounds a little like those brake whistlers when the brake pads are low but the brakes are golden all around:rolleyes:

u mean that god damn metal thats always in my way when i am trying to put a tire on if it is i am ripping it off i hate that thing!
