Anyone know where to get keys cut?

I'm looking into lowering my car. what are some of the decent riding coilovers? i would like to stay at about $1200 or lower if possible. i'm not really sure what i want but i've been looking into the FK Silverlines and the KW V1s. anyone currently riding on either? does dampening make much of a difference in the ride?

sorry, forgot to mention that. i drive a mk4 gti. i saw that some people on here were suggesting rokkors. i want something that rides decently. i was looking into a koni fsd/h&r cupkit, but i dont think youre supposed to lower it more than 1.5 in and it would be nice to have adjustability. kind of why im leaning towards some coilovers.
